Return Policy Changes Due to Coronavirus Pandemic:

Due to the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) pandemic, for safety for our team members and customers, we will not accept any return for any product. This policy supersede our current 30 days return policy. Please contact us for any question about products before buying. We value and respect all our customers. We hope you stay safe and help us in maintaining safer environment for our team to continue serving you better.

Shipping Terms:

Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day or latest by the next working day. Please use the same bill to/ship to address as it expedites the credit approval and shipping process. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses using the UPS (United Parcel Service). We will ship those orders using USPS (US Postal Priority Mail Service). Our server will get the shipping charge directly from the UPS web server and will display it during the checkout process. If you add more quantity, the shipping per box will reduce substantially. You may want to try changing the ordered quantity to explore and check for a better shipping charge. Please note that UPS shipping charge is lower for business addresses. If you have a choice for the shipping address, please provide a business address. We also gladly ship to your residence addresses.

Pease note: While we mainly ship orders using UPS, we may ship your order (primarily single case or residential or PO Box addresses or to Hawaii and Alaska, PR and VI) using USPS Priority Mail with tracking included service.

Pricing and Availability:

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. We accept no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. However, during last twenty years we never had to inform any of our customers for any price change after receiving the order. We sincerely try to keep our overheads very low and provide superior quality products at very reasonable price.

Payment Policy:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will bill credit cards only after the product has been shipped. Cashier’s checks, money orders, company checks and personal checks are also acceptable as means of payment. These should be sent along with a printout of your order to:

Sales Tax Information:

If required by law, we will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. In most cases, sales tax will not be charged.
